Hands down the best Chiropractic care that I've ever recieved! The staff and doctors are so welcoming, kind and compassionate. Their approach to Chiropractic care is like none other. They are not just a "crack your back" type office.. they also focus on total and long term realignment which consists of stretching, massage, and adjustment with various techniques. Going to Modern Chiropractic Center was the best investment I have made. I was having jaw popping issues. The doctors at Modern Chiropractic made a treatment plan, for my jaw popping and some other back issues that I have. I have to give thanks to Dr. Z, for curing my jaw popping. (Thankyou Dr. Z). Plus, I have made great improvement in my overall back health. I'm now working on maintaining the improvement I have made in my back health.If you are looking for a quick adjustment, and be on your way Modern Chiropractic is not for you. I visited Modern Chiropractic today with terrible pain!. They helped me so much in this first visit. Her staff as well was very helpful and very polite. I'm at home now and quite a bit better! I look forward to another visit soon!

Unlike most chiropractic facilities. Rather than just typical adjustment, stretch’s and tractions are used over the duration of the treatment. X-rays are also done before, middle, and at the end of treatment. I came everyday for the month of March and the results I’ve gotten have exceeded my expectation. Just by the mid way point I had already corrected more than a half inch! Would definitely recommend this facility to anyone.

I came in with low back pain, having tried PT that made it worse. The MC team was so encouraging and empowering to get me pain free and moving again.You take X-rays, posture photos, and movement tests. From there, they customize a plan for you with adjustments, stretches, exercises, and most importantly—traction. A holistic approach, addressing the entire muscular skeletal system.6 months later, I am 90% better and know how to care for my back and body. I even completed an Olympic triathalon with no pain! I have a fuller understand & awareness of my posture and what I can do to prevent pain going forward.

The entire staff at Modern Chiropractic are All Stars! I came in with pain and numbness radiating down my right arm. Dr. Joe took a couple of x-rays and assessed that I had an impinged Ulnar Nerve at the C6 level in my neck. After a couple of weeks of traction and adjustments, I began to regain the "feel" in my arm. Since then, I have nearly completely regained all sensation and use of my arm.I am on a disability for my known neck problems related to my Military service. I have been warned in that past by several MD's that I would need to have my lower neck fused. This flair up isn't my first, but it has, by far, been my most painful and concerning. The treatments I received at Modern Chiropractic have reversed my issue and allowed me to put off that unwelcome prospect of neck surgery once again.Modern Chiropractic isn't just adjustments. The staff works to diagnose and treat the root causes of your neck and back issues. There are literally multiple patients in the traction center receiving all types of treatments, stretches and exercises to address their individual issues.The facility is amazing, and staff is great!

The staff is super through and friendly. They have all of the right equipment & skills to diagnose & correct multiple issues.Many people don't realize how spinal misalignment can lead to multiple other problems. Not just headaches but gastrointestinal issues with these only being a very small sample of the large list. I've literally seen people with stomach cancer diagnosis cured with Chiropractic care. People with severe vision issues as well. Even children suffering from these issues. And NO I'm not a Chiropractor but the brother In-law to a good one.A good Chiropractor is equally if not more valuable than a good MD!

This chiropractic center has been such a huge blessing 🙌Dr. Bentz not only figured out how jacked up my back and hips are lol😂 but the whole team is so welcoming and caring! My spine has been out of place for many years. I was going to just a common chiropractor for a long time and all I was receiving was simple adjustments for my pain. As I grew older my body was really needing something more than what I was getting. While searching for a better solution I found Modern Chiropractic. Their care and professionalism was noticed immediately. Dr. Zyrah explained to me that simple adjustments alone were not going to heal me, but only kick the can down the road. Dr. Zyrah designed a program tailored just for me and my spine issue. It has now been 5 months that I have been under the care of Dr. Zyrah and I want to say that I feel amazingly better than I did before. Please, if you feel like your chiropractor is just kicking your can down the road, go pay a visit to Dr. Zyrah and see what Modern Chiropractic is all about.

Everyone here is so helpful and friendly! I went in with back and neck pain and it has reduced significantly! I've never been to a chiropractor that offers a heating pad and massage gun to start with and that has been truly amazing! The tractions are awkward and very new at first but I feel like they are definitely helping. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Dr Joe, Shelly and their team are the best in Idaho. As a chiropractor myself, I know Modern Chiropractic Center is passionate about CORRECTIVE chiropractic so much so that I brought my own daughter there for some special services. Using the custom brace that Dr Joe made for my daughter, her scoliosis is drastically improving and we are all excited about the changes we see in her spine. Modern Chiropractic Center is affordable and friendly and most importantly, they focus on correcting abnormal curves for permanent changes. Highly recommended.

My pain and posture have significantly improved already. They are the only chiropractor that I have found that actually tries to correct the source of the pain and incorporate PT exercises and traction. Overall, I am very satisfied with Nampa Modern Chiropractic Center, but beware of care from Dr. Ben substitutes. There is no replacement for Dr. Ben in my book. When I first started at the Nampa office in April, I was somewhat surprised at what my x-rays showed and the treatment that needed to be done after working with other chiropractors previously. I came here not really knowing what I was getting myself into. I was just looking for a good chiropractor. Well, I think Dr. Ben is the best chiropractor I have found in my journey of pain. My treatment plan was pretty intense to correct neck, back, and hip problems when I was just looking for some hip and shoulder pain relief. I completed my 24 day treatment plan and my recent x-rays showed that there have definitely been some corrections made but not yet 100%, and perhaps it may never be. However, I am hoping that some modified maintenance and changes in my plan will get it pretty close. I have confidence in this team! Lexi is the most cheerful and helpful front office assistant I have encountered and greets you with a ready smile and hello like you’re an old friend as soon as you walk in. Adam and Anthony are my traction cheerleader heroes. They always know just the right things to say and cheer me on through the pain when I want to just give up. I haven’t said it often enough to you both, but thank you! The office banter and music playlist is also fun to listen to as you persevere through your adjustment and treatment. I highly recommend this friendly, fun, encouraging TEAM if you are looking for answers and help to make your body happy again.

The adjustments, traction & home workouts have really helped improve my back/neck pain over the last few weeks- it really has improved my quality of life! I have been going to MCC for quite awhile now. Dr. Joe and his staff are very friendly and always make sure that you feel welcome. His team is always there and are very knowledgeable about how to help you with any kind of issues you might be having with your spine or back! The front desk ladies are also very friendly and always say hello to you when you walk in to the building!

The entire team at MCC Boise is fantastic. They have taken great care of my family and I. I also truly appreciate their patience with our seven year-old who is being seen for corrective spinal care. Traction is challenging even as an adult, so their patience and understanding with a wiggly child in traction phenomenal. The team really take the time to make you feel like an individual and not just a number, which is huge healthcare.Additionally, I appreciate that they are not an ordinary chiropractor and utilize many techniques to not only relieve pain, but also correct to prevent it from return. Everyone at Modern Chiropractic in Nampa are great! (In a good way of course! :)) Not gonna lie, it's probably not going to be easy or super fun, but if you're willing to put in the time, effort, and practice; you will start to see and notice a big difference in how you feel.
